FAQ

Answers before you connect anything.

Ten questions people ask before they trust a tool with their accounts. If yours is not here, the contact form is two clicks away.

Still deciding?

The free plan needs no card and takes about five minutes to set up. It is usually a faster answer than reading about it.

About five minutes. You sign in with X and LinkedIn, set your home timezone, and pick the days you want to post on.

There is no import step to sit through and nothing to install. Most people schedule their first post before the coffee is cold.

You either drop a post onto a specific date and time, or you fill one of your recurring weekly slots and let the queue take the next one.

Posts publish through the official Twitter/X and LinkedIn APIs at the minute you chose. Nothing is posted on your behalf unless you scheduled it, and you can pause the whole queue with one switch when you are heads-down on a launch.

Yes, right up until it publishes. Each network keeps its own version, so you can rewrite the LinkedIn copy without touching the version queued for X.

Once a post is live we leave it alone. Editing something already published has to happen on the network itself, under that network’s own rules.

Every published post is archived with both variations, the links it contained and the metrics it collected, and all of it is searchable.

How far back that history reaches depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 12 months on Pro and 3 years on Creators. You can export the whole archive as a CSV at any time.

From your billing settings, in two clicks. No call, no retention form, no email to write.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free rather than disappearing. Export your history first if you want a copy.

We store what the product needs to work: your drafts, your schedule, your published posts and the metrics each network returns. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

We do not sell your data, we do not read your direct messages, and we never post anything you did not schedule. Deleting your account removes your content and revokes both connections.

On X: single posts, threads, images and links. On LinkedIn: text posts, images, document carousels and links, to your personal profile or a company page.

Native video and polls are not scheduled yet. If you need one of those, post it manually and log it in the calendar so your history stays complete.

Each workspace has a home timezone and every slot, calendar view and analytics chart is shown in it, so 09:00 always means 09:00 where you work.

Daylight saving shifts are handled for you, and any individual post can be pinned to a different timezone when you are writing for an audience on the other side of the world.

Batch your writing into one session a week and fill three to five slots. Consistency beats volume on both networks, and a filled week is easier to keep than a perfect post.

Do not mirror the same text word for word. Let the variation adjust the length, spend real effort on the first line of the LinkedIn version, and check your analytics once a month rather than once a day.

We retry three times over the following fifteen minutes, which clears most temporary network errors on its own.

If it still will not go through, the post is flagged in your calendar, you get an email explaining what the network returned, and the draft is kept exactly as you wrote it. Expiring account connections are surfaced days ahead so they rarely become the reason.

Nothing left to read. Start posting.

Connect Twitter/X and LinkedIn, fill your first week of slots, and let the queue take it from there.
